Every year, downtown Fayetteville’s small business community prepares with anticipation for the holiday shopping season. Our business owners start planning and preparing their inventory over the summer, create and develop marketing and special special promotions, increase seasonal employees as needed, decorate and restock their store fronts, and so much more.
Downtown Alliance, Cool Spring Downtown District have come together to enhance the efforts of our downtown businesses with a full suite of holiday events, to include aiding in the annual Dickens Holiday presented by The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County (this year a modified version of Dickens will take place, The Spirit of Dickens), The Green Grump Who Stole Foo Ville and Light Up Our City. This year, we’ve added to the mix and invite our whole community to join us in celebrating small business this holiday season! Join our event page, I will shop small for the holidays!
Make the pledge to shop local for the holidays (and all yearlong) by “attending”. To attend, come downtown and shop local, or shop online from the comfort of your own home. The purpose of this event page is to find and share unique gift ideas, decor and more found in Downtown Fayetteville.
